The Dogs
We know that dogs aren't everybody's cup of tea, so please do let us know if you have any hesitations and we will ensure that they are kept well out of your way or introduced to you slowly.
Fern
A springer x cocker spaniel from Cornwall, Fern is our liver and white Sprocker, named after the amount of fern we had to remove from the land when we first arrived at Le Monteil Revolution. You will often see her conducting morning and evening animal rounds with us, although she invariably does double the distance in the same amount of time.
She was just a puppy when she arrived at Le Monteil Revolution and has grown up around all of our various animal inhabitants. When she isn't off patrolling the grounds or the local area you may see her exploring the land with her nose. Her preferred place to do this is in the woods and we are hoping that this means one day she will unearth a truffle but no luck as of yet. If you are a fan of running then we have found Fern to make the perfect running partner and she will quite happily lead you on a route around the local area if you like.
Flash
Flash is our tri colour border collie from the north of England. She arrived at Le Monteil Revolution at the end of February 2017 and is always on hand to help round up our various animals. If you like a good game of stick then Flash will be your best friend for the duration of your stay. Hardened by her northern heritage Flash loves to play in the rain so you will find her outside most days.
